Does support mean, I can make a lot of changes to my site?

No, support is primarily to help you with training on content entry, basic html creation and so on. Support does not give you license to make graphical and coding changes to your site. Each request will be addressed case by case, and you will be advised as to what is the best action to take at the time of your request. You may be charged for additional development if it is outside the scope of your current project.
