I just want a basic website, how much will it cost?
We hear this question frequently. Quoting off the bat is a little hard when we do not know anything about you, your business or your product. 6 out of 10 clients actually require Branding first way before they should think about a website. With that said our starting costs for a standard website is $1430.00 AUD which will give you a base design, up to 5 pages. Add an additional $880.00 AUD if you wish to have a Content Management System attached to your website.
I like this design, and I would like you to copy it.
The answer is No! We will not copy other peoples work. We can look at other work for inspiration, or elements but that is as far as we will take it. If you have purchased a template, and would like us to customise it, then that is a different story.
Can you fix my current site?
We might be able to fix your current site, and we approach each site on a case by case basis. Ultimately, we would prefer to redesign and recode the site from the ground up and our clients who have trusted us on this have never looked back.
I have been told that Flash Sites do not rank?
The truth is, Flash sites are indexed, as long as we produce structured XML to ensure indexing takes place. If you want to rank reasonably, we trust that you have ither paid for our SEO or, you have followed our instructions on best practices that will ensure a reasonable ranking.
Does support mean, I can make a lot of changes to my site?
No, support is primarily to help you with training on content entry, basic html creation and so on. Support does not give you license to make graphical and coding changes to your site. Each request will be addressed case by case, and you will be advised as to what best action at the time of your request. You may be charged for additional development if it is outside the scope of your current project.
